ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Eric Ross, often acknowledged as New England's master networker, was a commissioned officer in the USAF until 1988. He holds a B.S. and an M.S., both in engineering, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the State University of New York, respectively. His recent leadership positions in industry include Vice President of Operations with an equipment manufacturer, Chief Supply and Logistics Officer for a residential and construction services firm, and Chief Operating Officer of a materials R&D company. Eric "landed" these and all but one position held since leaving the USAF through networking.
